REH1 Popești–Leordeni Photovoltaic Park

Stages of construction and implementation of Photovoltaic Power Plants - Photovoltaic Park:
- Land evaluation: this stage involves the evaluation of the available land, the determination of the solar energy production capacity, the obtaining of the technical approval for connection (ATR) - issued according to the Regulation on the connection of users to the electric networks of public interest after the evaluation of the solution study, as well as the evaluation of the capacity the electrical network to take over the energy produced by the park and will determine if strengthening works or changes to the infrastructure are necessary and confirmation that the technical project complies with the technical and safety requirements imposed by the distributor.
- The technical approval for connection formalizes the distributor's agreement to connect the photovoltaic park to the network and establishes the conditions and terms in which this will be done.
- Design of the Photovoltaic Power Plant - Photovoltaic Park.
- Elaboration of the PT Technical Project according to 907/2016 related to the connection installation,
- Land preparation: land leveling, soil compaction, as well as land cleaning. Construction of the protective fence: for the protection of the photovoltaic park against intruders or wild animals,
- Installation of the support structure for the photovoltaic panels made of durable and corrosion-resistant materials to support the weight of the photovoltaic panels and to cope with extreme weather conditions.
- Installation of Solar Trackers - Two-axis east-to-west photovoltaic panel rotation systems, with astronomical algorithm for tracking, configuration, monitoring and updating with RS232 interface (The rotation system increases the efficiency of photovoltaic panels by up to 62%.)
- Mounting the photovoltaic panels: they are mounted on the metal structure according to the project.
- Installation of the inverter system
- Installation of the monitoring and control system Realization of the transformation post
- Wiring and connection: wiring and connection of the solar panels, the inverter system, the control system and the transformer station.
- Installation of the security system and video monitoring
- Testing of the Photovoltaic Electric Power Plant - Photovoltaic Park: after the entire system is installed and connected, the testing process takes place and the commissioning protocol is signed.
- Maintenance and regular technical inspections.

Documents issued by the county or local public administration authority:
- Urban planning certificate – issued according to Law 50/1991 on the authorization of construction works,
- Building authorization - issued according to Law 50/1991 on the authorization of construction works
Documents issued by the operator of the electrical network to which the installation is connected:
- Location notice – issued in accordance with the Methodology for issuing location notices by network operators
- Required documentation: Identification data of the applicant
- Data for locating the location of the objective

Technical approval for connection (ATR ) – issued according to the Regulation regarding the connection of users to electric networks of public interest
